1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Write To Heal ("the Service"). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing a subscription. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to this Policy.
2. Products and Pricing
Write To Heal offers a Free Tier and paid Premium subscriptions, currently a Monthly plan and an Annual plan. The exact price, currency, billing period, and included features are those displayed to you within the app or on the applicable app store at the time of purchase, and those displayed terms prevail.
3. How Payments Are Processed
All Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store using their in-app purchase systems.
We do not process payments directly, and we do not collect or hold your payment card, UPI, or bank details. Your payment is charged, managed, and (where applicable) refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Because of this, most billing and refund matters must be handled directly with Apple or Google, not with us.
4. Auto-Renewal
Premium subscriptions are auto-renewing. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using the payment method on file with your app store. Your account is charged within the window set by the store — typically up to 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through your app store account (see Section 5).
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period.

-

6. Refund Policy
General rule. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a billing period after it has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted by the app store.
Refunds are handled by the app stores. Because your purchase is made through Apple or Google, refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google, and any refund is issued at their discretion under their policies. We do not have the ability to directly issue refunds for app store purchases.
Request a refund from Apple
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Write To Heal purchase, and choose the appropriate refund/report option; or go to Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, select the item, and request a refund.
Request a refund from Google Play
Visit play.google.com/store/account or the Google Play Help Center, locate the Write To Heal order, and request a refund. Eligible purchases can often be refunded directly from Google Play shortly after purchase.
Statutory rights. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India. If the Service has a genuine defect or deficiency, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
7. Free Trials and Promotions
If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, its specific terms are disclosed at the time of the offer. If you do not cancel before a free trial ends, you may be charged the applicable subscription price automatically. To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (see Section 5). Unused trial time is forfeited when you subscribe to a paid plan or when the trial ends.
8. Accidental or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, or more than once for the same subscription, first submit a request to the relevant app store (Section 6), as they process the payment. You may also contact us at support@nitabajoria.com and we will do our best to assist and, where appropriate, coordinate with the app store or help you understand your options.
9. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices or plan structures from time to time. Any change applies to billing periods after it takes effect and is communicated per the applicable app store's rules. If you do not agree to a change, cancel before it takes effect. Continued subscription after the change constitutes acceptance.
10. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer instead of using the app store's refund process, we may suspend or terminate your access to Premium features or your Account, without limiting our other rights.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. For material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
